Built by two brothers who run real estate businesses — and got tired of the phone calls.
OneTapHost started with a simple frustration. Every turnover depended on someone remembering to message someone else: has the guest left, has cleaning started, is the unit ready. With five properties it's annoying. With fifty it's a full-time job nobody was hired for.
So we built a button. Four of them, actually — check-in, check-out, cleaning started, unit ready — on a panel that sits in each unit and tells the whole team what's happening, the moment it happens. Then we built the app around it: schedules, staff, property details, proof of who did what and when.
We run it the way we'd want it as customers: hardware included, no set-up fees, every team member on the plan, and two founders who answer the emails.

Co-founder, commercial
Real estate developer, broker and investor based in Luxembourg. Leonel runs the commercial side of OneTapHost and talks to property managers every week.
