Who presses the buttons?

Guests press check-in and check-out — the laminated sheet by the door explains it in one glance. Cleaners press cleaning started and unit ready. Nobody needs the app to press a button.

Do you need my Wi-Fi password?

No. You enter it once, directly on the connection box, during setup. It stays on your network — we never see it or store it.

What if the internet goes down at the unit, or a button stops working?

The app shows the online state and battery level of every button, so you see the problem before your guest does. Buttons store presses and send them when the connection is back. If a button fails, we replace it — lifetime hardware warranty.

What's in the box?

One connection box, one 4-button panel, adhesive mounts, the laminated A3 door sheet and a quick-start card. No tools needed.

Does it work with my channel manager?

Yes, with any channel manager that exports an iCal feed — Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, Smoobu, RoomRaccoon, Beds24, Superhote, Amenitiz, Talkguest, Ynnov and others. Pro reads your reservations and creates cleaning tasks automatically.

Which languages does the app support?

English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Dutch and Italian. Each team member picks their own — your cleaners read the app in their language, you read the console in yours.

My cleaning team doesn't speak my language. Is that a problem?

Accepted Answer

No — that's part of why we built it this way. A tap on a physical button means the same thing in any language, and each person sets the app to their own: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Dutch or Italian. Nobody has to read a message they don't understand.

Can I use it on a computer?

Yes. Managers get a web console; cleaners use the iOS or Android app.

How long does setup take?
